Went MIA for such a long long time.

i've to finish em all quickly so I can start STUDYING for finals!!!
finals are coming soon. frm 24th nov to 5th oct. :S

Class ended ard 10.30-ish, we left for Pyramid for lunch wth Rene driving ard 11 +. Had lunch in Pancake House (International) since the newly opened Pasta de Gohan next door's price range was quite high.

bottom right: Yi Zhi's House Special set wth taco, pan chicken, garlic bread & spaghetti.

Had a special treat of mangosteens after dinner tonight. Yayy, definitely one of my fav fruits. Did ya notice, I'm particularly fond of any food tht's purple in colour, lemme count 'em, brinjals, blueberries, mangosteen, dragon fruit, grapes, the list goes on if there's anything else purple.. ;p Yummmy mangosteens.. Love it.. ;)

Rene dropped us off in uni ard 12. I stayed back & was sitting wth Ruenn at lib's comp area. Noisy & rowdy wth everyone having loudspeaker conversations.. :s Started off my GEn Drosophila report, as usual it was confusing & complex work.. I jus hope I can redeem myself by getting higher marks compared to my poorly fared previous gen asgmts & reports ;(
Time to get back to work!!! Do, do, do, do, do & do GEN!!! When will the neverending asgmts stop torturing ME?!!!

Broken

What made my day today? Well, TL had stepped on my green strappy toned down "gladiator-like" sandals while I was walking ahead of him out the library's main entrance. 1 minute I was looking at the huge ruckus the council parties were having for their election campaigns, the next thing I felt a tug on my sandals strap. Then tadaa, the strap snapped & a portion of it went missing, I didn't know where it was. Luckily, the front straps could still keep it together.. If NOT, I'd surely be pissed with walking with a broken sandal!!

TL owes me one for this. We had to eat in cafe instead since I can't walk out all the way to medan wth the broken sandal & a strap hanging out. Queues were wayyy long, food was unappetising. I had 1 stick of fish balls & 1 stick of seafood tofu in the end. :s







After Gen lect, I went to Robin's room to collect our Gen paper analysis along with Rene, TL & Chay Lynn. His room was crowded wth students as well as mountains of stacked papers.. EVERYWHERE.. So utterly messy. He should take a lesson from Dr Emily who has a really neat room. ;p We ended up digging through the pile of papers, I got 3.3 outta 5 for it.. Swell, it ain't looking good for my Gen internal marks.. Everything seems to be low, low, low, low (:p Flo Rida's Get Low) ... Adrian & Chay Lynn ended up empty handed as theirs seems to be missing although both of them scored well.







Will be buried deep in asgmts & reports due this Friday!!! Gotta continue working. I'll blog soon if I'm in the mood. >.<

A blast from the past

Another day in passing..

Wooh.. A week seems to be too long for me not updating here.. ;p Well, can't help it. Too freaking busy & moody to blog everyday. Reports, assignments, the pressure is DEAD ON!!! Ugghh, thinking of it is killing me already. Was busy wth SCI discussion for major asgmt.. Arrghh, stress..

Coincidently I watched Gossip Girl Season 2 today & guess what, Serena has the same red lappie as my baby.. xD Sorry too much stress, I get excited over lil things easily.. :s

Caught in action. Joshua the giant sleeping in class in "style".. Not taken by me, but by Ruenn who's busybody as usual.
He's the ONE who caused my embarrassing moment in Instru class.. :s

If I'm not mistaken, last Friday I had an embarrassing moment in Instru class while I had a teary eyed outburst tht was triggered by my Instru asgmt marks. Damn Joshua for copying TL's asgmt, ugghh he had me losing so much marks since I referred to TL's copy & since we both had a similar topic.. Talking bout tht big oaf, isshh still makes me mad thinking of it.. He always passes up reports & asgmt LATE!! I was also feeling stressed bout other asgmts as well so I guess it was a breaking point for me. But I did felt much better & relieved after tht "episode". No more emo feelings.. xD

Past this week, I've pretty much been lugging my darling lappie to uni everyday. We've hanged out in the discussion room during our long breaks & I was pretty much productive in the asgmts & reports considering Internet is a major distraction for me. Waking up 6.30-ish, 7 & driving to uni myself is good, considering tht I actually managed to get things done at my pace. At least I don't have to keep asking my bro wat time he finishes (He's having his long 1 mth break from col now).



First paper is on the 11th!!! Exam pressure is starting to make me break a sweat, but I haven't started any revision..*cry* ;( Panic button is almost on, but will be ON once my asgmts are all completed!! But at the meantime, TV dramas are on as usual. Those are my lifesavers tht are not to be missed, wthout 'em, life would be DULL. ;p Love watching House, Lost & Gossip Girl, speaking of which GG is in for an awesome season considering tht (the gorgeous) Michelle Trachtenberg (pic below) is casted as the Evil Bitch, Georgina Sparks. Watching this drama really shows you what u should really treasure & what u should avoid (read: befriending evil, mean backstabbers??).

Mother's Day is on Sunday the 11th, I might be celebrating it with my family either 2mr nite (Sat) or Sun night wth the rest of the mothers in our family. Will post pics if there's any. Work continues to beckon me. So "make it work" darlings..

Stifling & drowning

Did not managed to blog yesterday as I was tired & busy doing Instru report.. Too many unfinished business today as well since I need to prepare questions for SCI major asgmt discussion 2mr. Have to start doing SCI asgmt 2 wth Rene also 2mr. Tiring & sleepy already. I've gotta touch up my instru report & then get ready everything for 2mr's discussions (not 1 but 2!!) :s My head is spinning already..


Gonna recapitulate Mon & Tue's events when I find time.. Cross my fingers & pray hard. Thank god Thurs is a public holiday, so I have time to finish up Cell Met asgmt 2. Phew, drowning in a sea of asgmts & reports.. *faint*..

What a day..

I hate the weather today. Hot & stuffy without the rain.. Ugghh, made me so sweaty while I was plopped downstairs wth my lappie in midst of doing work & net surfing. Had some tong sui tht mummy made..

Came home tonight from dinner at my grandma's place in ss3. Not going out for the usual dinner since my grandparents wanted to cook dinner.. Sis had early dinner at 1u for her celebration of her school house team winning the cheerleading event in the SMKDJ Sports Day. Congratulations to her team winning, I know tht she's proud to win cos she was confident tht either her team or another team would be winner since other teams sucked.. XD Tht's my sis, arrogant, prud & confident.. Also a major vainpot in the making.. So I'm happy tht she won!! Yayy..

I watched Lost on my lappie last night.. Finally Lost has resumed after a short hiatus of a mth or so.. So confusing & intriguing as usual watching it.. I just can't stop wanting for more!!! Pray tht the oncoming episodes wud be great as usual.. Awaiting patiently for 2nd season of GG (Gossip Girls) to be on.. Expect bitchery, cat fights, teenage melodramas of the Manhattan elite society.. Looking out for their fabulous clothes they wear on set too.. ;p
