Cooking by inspiration, let's swing it..

It's dinner time.. It was also my d-i-y cooking time..This was inspired after i saw a post on vegetable miso soup & decided to just swing it based on what ingredients I could find in kitchen.. Hahaa.. I managed to take some pics.. ^_^ looks yummy rite?? What shall I name it?? Hmm.. Let's call it..

Spinach Noodles in Miso Soup ala JC's style ;p

All nice & ready!!
All the cut vegetables (my favourites): White cabbage, carrots, tomatoes & tofu

Steamin' hawt!!!
Soup stock: 2 tbspoons miso paste & few tbspoons japanese soy sauce (soup)
Noodles: 1 piece organic spinach dried noodles (smtg like yee meen)

Ready to eat!!! Looks del-i-cious...

Wait till noodles are soft & it's ready to serve & DIG IN!!

Dinner was finger-licking-good.. Even Lil Becks who ate dinner already, totally digged the soup.. hahhaa.. ;) I would give myself 3 stars perhaps??
Well, next time maybe I'll whack up some lasagna or watever I feel like eating.. *wink* hehee.. <33
